 - Replacement by a standard exchange of the screen of your Icharger

1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email indicating to which address to send the screen(s). Don't forget to print your invoice and provide it in the package.

2. Send us this and tell us the tracking number once received the work begins

3. Once the repair is complete, it will be returned to you and the order will be marked as completed.
If for some reason it is not repairable (eg due to unrelated damage), you will be refunded minus shipping costs and the device will be returned to you.

Note:

We cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage in shipment to/from us. Since many items sent for repair are quite expensive, it is strongly recommended that you do not waive insurance costs.
